摘 要:針對近年來頻發(fā)的食品安全事件,我們提出了一個食品供應鏈可持續(xù)性系統(tǒng),以確保供應鏈網(wǎng)絡中的食品質(zhì)量。采用關聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘和Dempsters組合規(guī)則的方式,在Weka軟件利用Apriori算法,挖掘供應鏈上要素因子之間的關聯(lián)性,得到具有權重的關聯(lián)規(guī)則,結合RFID,IOT技術及時監(jiān)控整個供應鏈的所有數(shù)據(jù),并基于RE值實現(xiàn)自動預警。預警的目的是幫助食品制造商提前發(fā)現(xiàn)食品供應鏈中的風險,并提供一些決策支持信息,保證供應鏈的可持續(xù)性,同時可以重新設計相應食品的供應鏈以保持食品質(zhì)量和安全性。為了驗證可持續(xù)性系統(tǒng)的有效性和可適應性,我們對上海某葡萄酒公司進行案例研究,結果表明該可持續(xù)性系統(tǒng)可以有效地識別葡萄酒的質(zhì)量風險,并準確確定是否應發(fā)出警告,從而保證了供應鏈的可持續(xù)性。此外討論了設計方案和擬議方法的影響,并概述了未來工作的建議。

Abstract:In response to the frequent food safety incidents in recent years, we have proposed a food supply chain sustainability system to ensure the quality of food in the supply chain network. In this paper, we use the Apriori algorithm to mining the correlation between the factor factors in the supply chain, get the association rules with weights, and use RFID and IOT technology to monitor all the data of the whole supply chain in time. By using the association rules mining and Dempsters combination rules, , And based on the RE value to achieve automatic warning. The purpose of the early warning is to help food manufacturers to anticipate the risks in the food supply chain and to provide decision support information to ensure the sustainability of the supply chain and to redesign the supply chain of the food to maintain food quality and safety. In order to verify the effectiveness and adaptability of the sustainability system, we conducted a case study of a wine company in Shanghai, which showed that the sustainability system could effectively identify the quality of the wine and accurately determine whether a warning should be issued to ensure that The supply chain sustainability. In addition, the impact of design and proposed approaches was discussed and an overview of future work was outlined.
