摘 要:為了分析承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任對(duì)物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈定價(jià)決策的影響,考慮企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任,分別構(gòu)建了集中及分散決策下的定價(jià)博弈模型, 求得供應(yīng)鏈最優(yōu)定價(jià)策略以及雙方所承擔(dān)的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任成本,對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)分散決策下供應(yīng)鏈存在效率損失,進(jìn)而基于收益共享契約對(duì)其進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)。研究表明:考慮企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任及集中決策時(shí),物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈總利潤(rùn)更大,且雙方利潤(rùn)都與其社會(huì)責(zé)任效用因子正相關(guān),收益共享契約能有效地對(duì)物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)。最后通過算例驗(yàn)證了結(jié)論。

Coordination and Price Strategy for Logistics Service Supply Chains to Perform Corporate Social Responsibilities

Abstract: To analyze impacts of perform corporate social responsibilities on coordination and price strategy for Logistics Service Supply Chain based on the LSSC consist of one Logistics Service Integrator and one Functional Logistics Service Provider, it established pricing game model under centralized decision making mode and decentralized decision making mode, and obtained the optimal price strategy and the cost of corporate social responsibilities. And Decentralized LSSC’s inefficiency is discovered. Then revenue sharing mechanisms are proposed to Decentralized LSSC. Conclusions: Logistics Service Supply Chains to Perform Corporate Social Responsibilities can gain more profits; Decentralized decision making lead to profit loss; Revenue-Sharing contracts can maximize the supply chain efficiency. At last, the conclusions are verified by numerical examples.
